Frequently asked questions

Do I need a referral or approval to book?
No. MoRide is a private car service. You book online or by phone, see the price first and pay directly. There is nothing to submit and no one to wait on.
Can I book for my parent and get the updates myself?
Yes. Put your own mobile number on the booking and you'll get the confirmation, the reminder and the "driver is outside" text. Add the rider's name in the notes so the driver knows who to greet.
Will the driver wait during the appointment?
Yes. Book an hourly ride and the driver waits and brings you home. For longer visits, book a separate return trip and the driver comes back at the time you set.
How do regular weekly rides work?
Book your first ride online and mention the schedule in the notes, or call us. Our team sets up the repeat trips in our reservation system, so you get a reminder before each one and a text at pickup. Pause, change or cancel any time with a call or text.
Does the rider stay in their wheelchair?
Yes. Our ramp vans are equipped so riders stay in their own power or manual chair, secured for the whole trip. Just choose the wheelchair-accessible van at the vehicle step when you book.

What does it cost?
